Ever wonder who's behind World Of Zune? Here's our team...
Nisheth Joshi - Zune Expertise, Editorial, Poor Jokes
Nisheth thinks of himself as a Zune expert. We tend to agree with him on that. He thinks he's funny too. We're not so sure about that one. And since Nisheth's writing skills obviously need work, he makes ends meet by working at Microsoft as a software development lead on SQL Server. Supposedly he is building a massively parallel processing distributed database system. If that makes no sense to you, don't worry. It doesn't make any sense to him either.
We caught Nisheth hard at work on the website. Since he wasn't too happy to see us, we suspect he might have just been goofing off.
Nisheth is an obsessive music fan. Possibly the most difficult decision he has to face daily is whether to fill his playlist with rock & metal or electronic music. He's found that sticking to industrial music usually allows him to avoid making up his mind.
Even though Nisheth works at Microsoft, he (sadly) has no contact whatsoever with anyone who works on the Zune. If you have an idea on how to make the Zune better, feel free to send it to him. Just don't expect anything to come out of it.
World peace would be nice, but his dream is to wake up one day and find out that people can actually pronounce his name. In lieu of that, becoming French would make him happy too. Although that would probably make his name problem even worse.
After spending several years in Seattle, Nisheth now lives in Southern California with his wife and daughter. Just because he was told that's where all the cool people live.
What, were you expecting more than one person?
