The Zune buttons don't do anything after installing new screen

I was able to install the new screen and it looks great. Thank you for the help!

But now the Zune buttons are not doing anything. What can i do to decide what the problem is?

I'm so glad you were able to install the new screen! However, without looking at your Zune it's impossible to know what's wrong.

If the buttons are not working, chances are that something did not get put back the way it was supposed to. Try disassembling and reassembling it again, this time double checking each step. Make sure not to force any part as this is an indication that something is wrong.

If it still doesn't work, you might have to send your Zune in for diagnosis. Installing a new screen can be a little difficult and might require some expert assistance.
