Zune media player will not start

After downloading an update for my 120 gig Zune, the Zune media player will not start. I keep getting a message (you must restart your computer after setup).

I have tried lots of restarts, same thing happens, I uninstalled the driver and player, reinstalled, same thing. After restoring the system to an earlier time there is no message but still the player will not start. I tried the suggestion in your FAQ, same thing.

I hope somebody can help!

I worked last week with another visitor who was facing the exact same problem. Unfortunately we were unable to solve the problem, so I redirected him to the Zune Forums.
