Zune software not seeing the Zune

I have the driver up to date and my Zune firmware is version 3.20. When I plug in my Zune, my computer says "New software found" and then says "Zune".
So my computer knows the Zune is there, but the Zune software doesn't seem to know its there. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
There are really only three things that need to be in place for your Zune software to detect your Zune.
1. You need the latest Zune software update.
2. You need the latest driver for your PC.
3. You need the latest firmware update for your Zune.
It seems like you have the latest Zune software update since it is version 3.20 (35). Please confirm the (35) after 3.20 since this is the sub-revision that you need.
If this is correct follow the steps outlined in this Zune not detected FAQ to confirm that your driver version is up to date. The driver version should say 4.0.622.0.
If it is, then I imagine there is a problem with the Zune software. Please try uninstalling and reinstalling it to see if this fixes the problem.
